Thank you for today’s practice.
I finally reached one of my goals in yoga, which was to get into crow pose (Bakasana)! It felt so amazing mainly because I’ve been trying to do this pose for about a year now!
Not only has this practice assisted me in reaching my physical goals, but it has also assisted me in reconnecting with the earth and my passion for yoga itself. I am now overcoming my hardships and looking forward to a brighter future for myself (I’m sorry if this is cheesy for you) because of your guidance.
